Lightweight silica bricks are suitable for high-temperature environments such as glass kilns, hot air furnaces, carbon kilns and so on.
Lightweight silica bricks are mainly used in parts that require thermal insulation or weight reduction without direct contact with molten materials, without being subjected to aggressive gases and without being subjected to rapid changes in temperature. Lightweight silica bricks are suitable for high-temperature environments such as glass kilns, hot air furnaces and carbon kilns.
Lightweight silica bricks have excellent refractory properties, and their load softening temperature is close to that of dense silica bricks, reaching 1620℃. Due to its porous structure, the thermal stability of lightweight silica bricks is better than that of dense silica bricks, which can be used for a long time under high-temperature conditions without contact with slag. In addition, lightweight silica bricks have better thermal shock resistance, and are suitable for the lining of large blast furnaces supporting hot blast furnaces, glass kiln heat insulation layer, etc.

Glass kiln: lightweight silica bricks are used more in glass kiln, mainly used for thermal insulation layer to reduce heat loss.
Hot blast furnace: It is suitable for the lining of large blast furnace supporting hot blast furnace to improve thermal efficiency and durability.
Carbon Furnace: Used in high temperature environments such as carbon kilns to reduce self-weight while maintaining excellent thermal insulation properties.
