Nano-microporous insulation material is a new type of material, made of silica particles with a diameter of tens of nanometers together with infrared shading agents and fibers and other components, which has superior heat insulation and thermal insulation effect. Traditional microporous insulation materials include fiberglass, asbestos, rock wool and so on.
Nano-microporous insulation materials are characterized by a large number of nano-sized micropores, which effectively inhibit heat conduction, convection and radiation, thus achieving excellent thermal insulation performance. Compared with conventional fiber insulation materials, the insulation performance of nanoporous insulation materials is three to four times higher. These materials are particularly suitable for high-temperature equipment and solve many global insulation challenges.
Traditional microporous insulation materials include fiberglass, asbestos, and rock wool. These materials have a wide range of applications in construction, industrial insulation and other fields, with the advantages of low cost and easy construction. For example, non-asbestos microporous calcium silicate insulation board is characterized by high temperature resistance, non-toxicity and environmental protection, and is widely used in industrial insulation.
In terms of applications, nano-microporous insulation materials are mainly used in non-ferrous metal smelting, high-temperature kilns, petrochemical and other industries, which can significantly reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency. Traditional microporous insulation materials are widely used in building insulation, pipe insulation and other aspects.
